ARRIVAL TIME :

We usually welcome you between 5pm and 7pm. Please specify your preferences at the time of booking so that we can confirm the time.

DEPARTURE TIME :

Around 10 a.m. for weekly bookings and guest rooms.
Until 7 p.m. for weekend or two-night packages.

CAPACITÉ D'ACCUEIL :

Mas des Sauges can accommodate a maximum of 15 people, including young children. For reasons of insurance and legislation, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity, including during the day, otherwise the customer will be held directly and entirely responsible in the event of an incident, and the rental contract will be terminated without compensation. If the number of people changes before arrival, the customer must notify us in writing so that we can recalculate the tourist tax or rent.

BREAKFAST AND DINNER :

Breakfast is served at a time to suit you, to be confirmed at the time of booking. It takes place in the gîte’s dining room or on one of the two terraces, depending on the weather. The price is €10 per person, including VAT, for the gîte option, and included in the price for the chambres d’hôtes.

Lunch and dinner are to be arranged if possible at the time of booking and are added to the rental price.
3-course menus are 28 €, 2-course 22 €.
Non-alcoholic beverages are included. Wine at public price is available on request.

Dietary restrictions must be notified at least 3 days before service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT :

Credit card through the website for 10% of the amount, bank transfer, french “cheque” or cash.

TOURIST TAX :

1.05 € per adult per night.

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

At time of booking :

For the holiday cottage : 50% of the rental amount must be paid at the time of booking.
The balance, one month before your arrival. An e-mail confirming payment will be sent to you systematically.
For guest rooms : 50% at the time of booking, the balance on your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :

For the holiday cottage : A deposit of 1500€ (€1200 in uncashed french cheque and €300 in cash) is required on arrival. A receipt is given to the customer. The deposit is returned after deduction of any damage and the cost of restoring the premises if necessary at the time of the exit inventory.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

For the holiday cottage : If cancellation is made more than 30 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is due. If cancellation is made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due. Cancellation must be made by e-mail or registered letter.
Pour guest rooms : If cancellation is made more than 15 days before arrival, the 10% deposit is due. If cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental is due. Cancellation must be made by e-mail.

PETS :

Dogs are accepted on condition that the request is made at the time of booking with agreement in the rental contract.

OPENING DAYS :

Mas des sauges is open all year round.

NEIGHBORS' RESPECT :

It is the renter’s responsibility to respect the rules of good neighborliness and in particular not to inconvenience neighbors after 10 pm.
