The early days of Mas des Sauges
It all began in 1998 when Frédéric Battaini, a management control manager, decided to settle near the Pic-Saint-Loup mountain with the personal intention of building his main residence. In 2006, for professional reasons, he left the area and the property became a seasonal rental. For the last three years, Frédéric has been renovating the estate to ensure optimum comfort for his customers.
The holiday house is in the process of obtaining a three-star rating by mid-2025.
Our commitments
Concerned about environmental issues, we implement eco-responsible solutions. Rainwater is collected in a 10 m3 tank and used to water the landscaping. The relaxation pool, the swimming corridor and the spa are treated in a less chemical, non-toxic and non-polluting way using active oxygen and UV treatment.
What’s more, we favour French suppliers and short supply chains. We work in partnership with local producers such as Château Lancyre, which produces organic wines, and Bakery Gramme, which makes organic bread.
